In the world of interior design, small details can make a big impact. Recently, we had the opportunity to work on a unique project that showcased this principle perfectly. Our customer wanted to replace their traditional bedroom door with a double barn door to add a rustic charm to their space. What made this project particularly interesting was that the customer ordered the doors separately, and we were tasked with building, assembling, and installing them to create the desired look.

The first step was to build the doors. We carefully assembled the two matching doors that would serve as the focal point of the room. Once the doors were built, we moved on to the next step: drilling holes and assembling the hardware. This part required precision and attention to detail to ensure that the doors would slide smoothly and securely.

With the doors assembled, it was time to install the railing. We customized the railing to fit the dimensions of the room, ensuring a perfect fit. This step required careful measurements and expert craftsmanship to ensure that the railing was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

One of the challenges we encountered during this project was the customer's request to avoid drilling into the hardwood floor. To accommodate this request, we used custom floor guides that would keep the doors in place without the need for additional drilling. This solution not only met the customer's needs but also added a unique touch to the overall design.

In the end, the project was a success, and the customer was thrilled with the results. The double barn door not only added a touch of rustic charm to the room but also created a functional and space-saving solution for their bedroom. It was a pleasure to work on such a unique project and to see the transformation that our craftsmanship brought to the space.
